The hotel is a facility in a wonderful Goral style, it has a soul and a very pleasant atmosphere, everything is very nice and finished to the smallest detail. We have been here 4 times and certainly not for the last time.

The hotel is incredible and the staff can't even describe it. I have never met such kind and helpful staff. In the kitchen, everyone chooses their own, and the staff will also advise you on a great wine or drink. And the wellness is at the top level. We would love to come back, really a hotel providing top services.

It was our dream to go here for a wellness stay and I must honestly say that we are very satisfied. The room is beautiful, a friend took care of the birthday decoration with a bouquet and prosecco for the room after an agreement with the hotel. Beautifully clean everywhere.

Maximum satisfaction :) We were there with my wife and daughter for a whole week and everything was really great. themed rooms, themed dinners (Titanic and barbecue), delicious and varied food, extremely nice staff - the ladies at the reception are really accommodating. If you are looking for relaxation and a pleasant environment for your family, I really recommend it. the pool and wellness are great.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location near the cable car and other attractions. The staff is very nice. The wellness was great and there was a lot of food to choose from for breakfast. The room was quite big and clean. Beautiful view from the window. Satisfaction.

Beautiful architecture and interior design.
Thoroughly elaborated in detail in everything from the design to the uniform for the employees. Right on the slopes if you like skiing. When it comes to hospitality, it's like staying with family. Great breakfast - very tasty and very good choice.
