We have prepared answers to the most common questions that occur at our reception. You may have asked them before or during your stay. If you have not found the answer to what you are interested in, you can contact us at any time.

What options do I have when choosing a room?
What makes a themed room different from a standard room?
Each themed room has its own story to tell and an exceptional design to match. Theme rooms are a separate category of accommodation.
How do I pay for my stay?
The stay can be paid in advance with an advance invoice. The invoice will be prepared by our reservation department after the reservation has been made. Another method of payment is to pay directly at the hotel by cash or credit card.
Is it possible to bring a dog or cat?
Accommodation in the hotel with a pet is possible for a fee according to the current price list. The fee covers increased cleaning and other costs.
Can we vacate the room after 11 o'clock?
Yes, late check-out is possible by arrangement with reception at check-in, subject to subsequent bookings. This service is subject to a charge unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
What are the dining options at your hotel?
When booking your accommodation, you can choose whether you are interested in breakfast or half board. Half board is already included in most of the advantageous packages. There are also two restaurants directly in the hotel, open daily from 12:00-22:00.
How are breakfast and dinner served?
The cold breakfast buffet offers several types of cold cuts, hams, cheeses, freshly chopped vegetables, a variety of homemade spreads, jams, tasty yoghurts, cereals. In the warm buffet you will surely find eggs in various ways, roasted bacon, quality sausages, hot porridge or grilled vegetables. Fragrant breakfast pastries, several types of bread and pastries, and last but not least, always baked daily cake. Health food enthusiasts will be pleased with the selection of dried fruit and nuts. Mostly all in the morning we start our morning with a cup of good coffee or a tasty cup of tea. The little ones are comforted with milk, cocoa or fruit water. We are happy to cater for specific client needs, such as food intolerances. in consultation with you. What time are the hotel breakfast and dinner served?
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, dinner from 18:00 to 20:00. Room service can be arranged outside these hours, if required, by arrangement with reception.
Is it possible to order breakfast, dinner or a drink in the room?
Yes, room service is available. You can order services by phone or by sending a message directly to reception.
When can I use the spa during my stay?
In the full range of opening hours, i.e. from 15:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the swimming pool and fitness room can be used from 07:30 to 10:00.
Is it possible to buy a spa pass even if I am already checked in?
Of course, it is also possible to purchase a separate entrance to the spa on the day of departure. The price is according to the counter price list.
Is it possible to use the wellness centre even if I am not staying at the hotel?
Yes, it is possible to use the wellness services and swimming pools even if you do not use the hotel accommodation.
What is morning swimming?
Both accommodated and non-accommodated guests can take advantage of the morning swim from 7:30 to 10:00.
How big is the pool, and what is the temperature of the water in the pool? Is it possible to order a mixed drink by the pool?
The swimming pool is 12 m long and the water temperature is 28-32°C. At the pool you can order from the menu, which is located in the wellness centre.
Is there a children's pool at the hotel?
Yes, the children's pool is right next to the swimming pool.
What services can I use for free during my stay?
Is it possible to park at the hotel?
Part of our hotel complex is a parking lot with CCTV surveillance. For all hotel guests, parking in the hotel car park is free of charge for the entire length of your stay.
Is there a ski storage room?
Yes, it is available during the winter season non-stop.
Is there a children's play area in the hotel?
Yes, it is on the ground floor of the grandhotel. It is available to hotel guests. It is equipped with children's toys. In summer, guests can also use the outdoor playground, which is located by the summer terrace behind the hotel.
When are animations for children available?
Animation for children is available during all holidays, if the hotel has enough families with children.
Where in the hotel can I smoke?
Smoking is possible in the Cigar Room, located next to the restaurant. Smoking is not allowed in other areas of the grand hotel.
